How do I cancel my subscription?↓
Go to Dashboard → Manage Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
When are picks posted each day?↓
Free picks are posted by 10 AM ET. Premium picks for Pro/Elite members drop 30 minutes earlier.
Can I get a refund?↓
We don't offer refunds on picks that have already been posted. If you're having billing issues, contact us and we'll work something out.
How do you verify your record?↓
Every pick gets a timestamp when posted — before the game. Results are updated publicly after the game ends. Nothing is ever changed retroactively.
I paid but can't see premium picks?↓
Sign out and sign back in. If the issue persists, email us with your order confirmation and we'll sort it immediately.
