1. Entertainment purposes only

SharpUnit provides sports analysis and picks for entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes professional gambling advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves substantial risk of financial loss.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal to use this service. By subscribing, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through the member dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. Single pick purchases are non-refundable once the pick has been delivered.

4. No warranty

SharpUnit provides picks "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee of profitability. Betting units won/lost reflect theoretical outcomes based on stated wager sizes and may not reflect your actual results.
