By accessing or using Sharp Unit ("the Platform"), operated by SharpUnit LLC at sharp-unit.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

Sharp Unit is a sports intelligence and analytics platform that provides data-driven sports analysis, picks, market insights, and performance tracking. The Platform uses a combination of AI-powered analysis, statistical modeling, and market data to generate sports betting recommendations.

Sharp Unit is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Our analysis, picks, and recommendations do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or gambling advice. No guarantee of profit or specific outcome is made or implied. Sports betting involves risk, and you may lose money. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for any wagers you place. Sharp Unit does not accept, facilitate, or process any bets or wagers. We are an analytics and information service only.

You must be at least 21 years of age to use Sharp Unit. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction.

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Sharp Unit offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@sharp-unit.com for refund requests.

All content on Sharp Unit — including analysis, picks, graphics, data visualizations, branding, and proprietary models — is the intellectual property of SharpUnit LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without written permission. Sharing individual picks on personal social media is permitted with attribution to Sharp Unit.

You agree not to:

· Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Sharp Unit content or picks

· Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from the Platform

· Attempt to reverse-engineer our models or algorithms

· Create derivative products based on our analysis

· Misrepresent your affiliation with Sharp Unit

· Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

Sharp Unit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved. Our analysis reflects our best assessment based on available data but is inherently uncertain.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SharpUnit LLC and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on our analysis. This includes, without limitation, any financial losses from sports betting decisions.

Sharp Unit maintains a public record of picks and results. While we are committed to transparency and accuracy, performance records are compiled from our internal tracking systems. Historical performance data reflects past results and should not be interpreted as a prediction of future performance.

Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Set limits on your wagering activity. Sports betting should be entertainment, not a primary source of income.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
